As 2025 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible year we’ve had at Trilogy Solutions. It’s been a year filled with meaningful partnerships, community involvement, and recognition for the hard work we do to support small businesses and foster local connections. We are beyond grateful for the opportunities to collaborate, learn, and give back to the places and people that mean the most to us.
Highlights of the Year
Partnerships for Growth and Learning
This year, we had the privilege of resuming our presentations and workshops with some amazing local organizations: the Salmon Arm Economic Development Society (SAEDS), Shuswap Economic Development Society (SEDS), Downtown Salmon Arm Association (DSA), and the District of Sicamous Development Corporation (DOSDC). It’s been an honor to connect with so many small businesses and provide them with the digital marketing tools they need to succeed. These partnerships are what make our work so rewarding, and we look forward to continuing this shared journey of growth into the new year.
Supporting the Coldest Night of the Year
We were proud to participate once again in the Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY), raising several hundred dollars for the Shuswap Food Action Society. Our team donned our exclusive TS x CNOY hoodies—merchandise we’re still wearing proudly. Not only did we raise funds for a great cause, but it was also a chance to bond as a team and show our commitment to giving back to our community.
The 55+ BC Games: A Labor of Love
A huge part of 2024 was dedicated to the 55+ BC Games, hosted right here in Salmon Arm. From April of 2023 to October 2024, our founder and CEO, Jenna Robins, served as the Promotions Director, and several members of our team took on key roles such as Merchandise Chair, Social Media Chair, Graphic Designer and Web Development. We spent countless hours creating content, developing graphics, and designing the website, but it was the chance to actively volunteer at the Games that truly made this experience unforgettable. Our team’s involvement deepened our connection to the Salmon Arm community and reinforced our belief in the power of volunteerism.
Practicing What We Preach
This year, we re-launched our own email marketing campaigns, putting into practice the strategies we recommend to our clients. One of the highlights was our six-week holiday countdown, filled with helpful workbooks and tips for supporting local businesses during the season. It’s been so rewarding to engage with our community in a more meaningful way, and we look forward to continuing this effort in 2025.
Creative Milestones
We’ve been busy creating content—10,000+ Canva images, hundreds of website edits, two photoshoots, 1,000 hours of content filming, and 18 new presentations. Every project has been a labor of love, showcasing our team’s dedication and creativity in bringing digital solutions to life.

Community Over Competition
Our motto, Community Over Competition, has been the foundation of everything we do. It’s not just a phrase, but a philosophy that guides us every day. This year, Jenna joined the Shuswap Recreation Society Board, and we continued our strong partnerships with organizations like the Literacy Alliance Society of the Shuswap, and the Salmon Arm Chamber of Commerce. Along the way, we made new friends, built deeper connections, and solidified our role as community champions.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we look forward to 2025, we are filled with gratitude for the opportunities we’ve had to make a positive impact on our community. The Shuswap truly is a place full of magic, and we are excited to see what the next year holds. We hope to continue growing, connecting, and supporting those around us in meaningful ways.
